Your Alert System Scenarios

The Your Alert System software suite was designed to handle many different scenarios faced by residential and facility managers. Below are just a few examples of how Your Alert System can help streamline your communication processes:

Residential Scenarios:

  • Security Alert and Two-Way Communication - A tenant has been assaulted by a stranger and all they have is the description of the assailant. They notify the concierges and give the description. The concierge is able to notify the entire complex with the description and is able to receive real time notifications when the perpetrator is located.

  • Severe Weather Issue - A Tornado Watch has been upgraded to a Tornado Warning and your building is projected to be in the tornado's path. The concierge, Home Owner's Association officer or Residence Manager sends out an alert to tenants and property owners letting them know of this weather alert and suggest steps specific ensure tenants safety.
  • Communications - Home Owners Association secretary sends a message to tenants only (not the owners who may be renting the property) letting them know the monthly meeting has been changed to a new date and time.
  • Package Notification - You give your new suit to the concierge to be picked up by your dry cleaners. You receive an email from your concierge that the dry-cleaning has been picked up. You ask your son to pick it up when he gets home from school. You receive an email from the concierge that your dry cleaning has been picked up by your son. A log is automatically generated giving you and the concierge a record of your package pick up and delivery.
